Dear Coach,

Congratulations on your gymnast/team qualifying for the 2007 Region 5 Level 8 Championships! Enclosed please find a packet of information to assist you in your success of entering your gymnast(s) into the meet.  Your packet should include a Level 8 Regional Meet Entry Form, Regional Meet T-Shirt Order Form, Spirit Ad Information, as well as a Host Hotel Information sheet.   

        *Qualifying Score – 34.50 at State Meet

        *Entry Fee - $70 per gymnast

        *Meet Dates – April 28-29, 2007

        *Meet Location:  Indiana Convention Center, Hall C
                                         100 S. Capitol Avenue
                                         Indianapolis, Indiana  46225

        *Open Training Day – Friday, April 27th     
                                               4:00-8:00 pm

        *Age Divisions – Will be determined after all of the region’s state meets
         have been completed.  Divisions will be determined by birth date to ensure 
              equal age divisions.  Please remind your athletes that they may be competing
              in a different age group than in state meet.

        *Meet Format – Traditional, with 2 Vault Tables

        *Equipment – AAI provided by Midwest Gym Supply

        *Admission Fees – Adults: $10    Seniors:  $8    Children 6-12: $5 
                            Children 5 and under – free
