Assistance Fund Information

Description:

Quota credit from a former team member has been donated to create the DeVeau’s Gymnastics Booster Club Assistance Fund.  This money has been set aside and will be made available to offset Quota billing for families requesting assistance and demonstrating a financial need, particularly if through a life changing event.  Assistance is available one time per competitive year during the second and third quota billing periods.  Team members requesting assistance through the application process must meet the criteria stated below to be considered.  The DeVeau’s Gymnastics Booster Club Executive Board members are serving as the Assistance Fund committee to maintain the privacy of the applicants.

Team members are also welcome to donate any of their excess quota credits into this fund at anytime.  This request should be made in writing to the club treasurer.

Criteria/Process in which to follow:

Child must be a DeVeau’s Gymnastics team member whose family has experienced a life changing event.

Athlete’s account must be in good standing by paying the team registration fee and first quota billing of the season.

Applications can be obtained from the club treasurer or respective level representative.

Completed applications must be returned to the club treasurer two weeks prior to the Quota billing date for Assistance Fund committee consideration.

Applicants can apply once per competitive year requesting up to half of their annual quota.
