Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise classes with boys and girls of different age groups and talents: Teach skills and abilities at each apparatus, following the DeVeau’s gymnastics curriculum
- Ensure controlled class management: concentrate on all gymnasts, practice positive reinforcement, love and care for each athlete
- Encourage kids who show up to class tired, scared, overwhelmed and make DeVeau’s a safe space for them.
- Plan and come prepared with a positive attitude
- Arrive 30 minutes before class start times
- Wear appropriate coaching uniform
