Girls Gymnastics Classes Help Her Become The Best Possible Version of Herself

The focus of DeVeau’s recreational girls gymnastics is not only on learning good fundamental gymnastics, but also on teaching goal setting, self-motivation, positive self-esteem, and a love of learning and trying new things.

Regardless of what she chooses to do in life, whether she’s aspiring to be an Olympian or just doing it for fun, girls gymnastics classes will benefit her now and throughout life. She’ll have something to look forward to, new skills for fun and for a challenge, and the feeling of belonging.

Recreational Gymnastics Showcase: Sunday, August 2 

At our Recreational Gymnastics Showcase, every child has the opportunity to be seen, celebrated, and encouraged. This event highlights the effort, perseverance, and growth our gymnasts have shown throughout the season. We are excited for families to experience the confidence and joy their athletes have built in the gym.

Recreational Gymnastics Showcase designed to celebrate the progress, confidence, and accomplishments of our Level 1–4 gymnasts! This special event gives athletes the opportunity to show off the skills they’ve been working so hard to master in a supportive, low-pressure environment surrounded by family and friends.

Each registered gymnast will receive:

  • A custom showcase leotard created just for this event.
  • Two (2) showcase tickets for family and friends

Additional tickets will be available for purchase. This showcase is all about fun, growth, and celebrating every gymnast’s journey—no scores, no pressure, just smiles, confidence, and proud moments on the floor. We can’t wait to cheer on our amazing athletes as they shine!

Something For All Age Groups

Now introducing Girls Level 1 classes for ages 5 and 6 year olds.  This new offering will allow us to better meet the cognitive, social, and physical needs of our students.  Flexibility, agility, coordination and motor skill exercises are integrated into the class curriculum providing students with strong development base for any sport they may choose to pursue.

If you are new to gymnastics or have limited experience this class is for you! Students will learn gymnastics fundamentals in a fun environment. Along with an introduction to gymnastics skills, students will also work on their strength, flexibility, spatial awareness, bravery, and body control. A free trial class is available for new students to come learn at DeVeau’s and play on the trampoline, vault, bars, beam, and spring floor!

If you have mastered your fundamental skills at Level II this
class is for you! Students will improve upon their basic
fundamental skills and progress to more difficult skills.

PREREQUISITES
Students will need permission from a DeVeau’s coach in
order to sign up for this class level. If this is your child’s first
time at DeVeau’s and you feel as if your child has the
necessary skills to attend this level, new students can be
evaluated for placement. Call the front desk for more details.

These classes are tailored to the skill level of the individual
student. Students may be more advanced on one event and
will get to work at the higher skill level on that event.

PREREQUISITES
Students will need permission from a DeVeau’s coach in
order to sign up for this class level and successfully
completed our Level 3 Class. If this is your child’s first time at
DeVeau’s and you feel as if your child has the necessary skills
to attend this level, new students can be evaluated for
