The customer portal is a secure online platform accessible from any computer, tablet or mobile phone. It allows you to manage your account details, add students, enroll in classes, make payments, and much more.

The portal can be accessed from using the website here or downloading our mobile app.

The app and the website offer similar functionalities, allowing you to manage your account, enroll in classes, make payments, and view news. However, the app provides the convenience of mobile access, push notifications for updates, and a more streamlined user experience on smartphones and tablets. The website, accessible via any web browser, offers a broader interface suitable for desktop or laptop use, with more detailed navigation options.

• Select “Create an Account” in the customer portal.
• Fill in all required information and click “Next” at the bottom of the page. Ensure that all fields are completed correctly, and all necessary checkboxes are selected.
• Click “Create Account” once all fields are filled.
• After creating your account, choose “Yes, Create a Student” to add your student, or “No thanks, return home.”

• Go to the customer portal and click “Log in.”
• Click “Forgot Password.”
• Enter the email address linked to your account and click “Submit.”
• Check your email for a password reset email containing a verification code.
• Enter the verification code in the Customer Portal and click “Verify” to reset your password.
• Create and confirm a new password, then click “Update Password.”

• Log in to the customer portal.
• Click “Booking” at the top of the page.
• Click “Find a Class” to start the enrollment process. You can either use the step-by-step questionnaire or browse all available classes.
• Use the filters at the top to refine your search.
• Select the desired class and the student you wish to enroll, then click “Enroll Now!”
• Enter any required information about your student and click “Add to Cart.”
• Complete the enrollment by clicking “Pay Now” and finishing the checkout process

• Log in to the customer portal.
• From the “Account” screen, click “Payments” to see any outstanding charges and available credit.
• If needed, add a credit card or bank account by selecting “Add Payment Info” and filling out the form.
• To pay outstanding charges with your connected payment method, click “Make Payment” and complete the form.
• To pay with available credit, click “Apply Credit” and complete the form.

• Log in to the customer portal.
• From the “Account” screen, click “Account Information.”
• Edit the necessary fields and click “Update” to save changes.
