WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE DEVEAU’S

Five Stars

"We highly recommend any program at DeVeau's! We have one child in Ninja and one in Cheer. Both programs have helped to build their confidence and social skills. Our 3 year old daughter is easily overwhelmed and Coach LJ and Coach Maya are amazing and have really helped her come out of her shell during Ninja!"

Five Stars

"We started our 3 year old son in DeVeau's ninja classes after trying soccer, Kidstrong, wright’s gym, ultimate ninja, etc… nothing compares to DeVeau’s. Our son wants to go 5 days a week. It is age appropriate in the physical challenge and Coach Danny’s personality and energy brings a level of fun that we have not found anywhere else. Coach Church does an awesome job focusing on the teaching the kids how to progress through challenges they face in the course."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are Ninja classes?

Ninja classes combine obstacle-course training, gymnastics-inspired movement, strength, agility, and coordination in a fun, high-energy class. Kids get to run, climb, jump, roll, swing, and move through challenges while building confidence and body control.

Does my child need gymnastics experience to join Ninja?

No gymnastics experience is needed. Ninja is a great starting point for kids who love to move, climb, and take on challenges. Coaches help each student learn safely, build skills step by step, and grow at a pace that fits their ability.

What skills will my child learn in Ninja classes?

Students work on strength, balance, coordination, jumping, climbing, rolling, landing, swinging, and obstacle-course movement. Along the way, they also build focus, perseverance, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

How do Ninja levels work?

Ninja classes are organized by skill level so kids can progress safely and stay challenged. DeVeau’s uses level names like Iron, Steel, and Titanium to help students move through the program as they build strength, control, and confidence.

Is Ninja a good fit if my child isn’t interested in traditional gymnastics?

Yes. Ninja is a great option for kids who may not be drawn to traditional gymnastics but still need an active, structured outlet. It gives them a fun way to move, build athletic skills, and burn energy in a coach-led environment.

Can we try a Ninja class before enrolling?

Yes! Families can request a complimentary class so their child can experience Ninja, meet the coaches, and see if the program feels like the right fit before enrolling.

Do Ninja classes include sports skills too?

Yes. Ninja classes include obstacle-course training along with rotating sports-inspired activities throughout the year. Students may work on basketball, soccer, football, and other age-appropriate sports skills depending on the season, major sports events, and class curriculum.

Is this a good class if my child plays another sport?

Yes. Ninja is a great complement to many sports because it helps kids build coordination, agility, balance, strength, body control, and confidence. These are foundational skills that can support soccer, basketball, football, baseball, cheer, gymnastics, and more.

Is this only for kids who want to do Ninja?

No. Ninja is a great fit for kids who love obstacle courses, but it is also a strong option for kids who simply need an active, structured class that builds athletic skills in a fun way.
