Do you love kids and gymnastics? If so, we want you on our team! Coaches will follow lesson plans with the goal of providing a safe and fun learning environment for kids ages 5-12 and positively impact their lives through the sport of gymnastics. No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise classes with girls and of different age groups and talents: Teach tumbling skills, cheerleading motions, basic cheerleading stunts, and a short cheerleading routine, following the DeVeau’s Dragons Elite curriculum
- Ensure controlled class management: concentrate on all cheerleaders, practice positive reinforcement, love and care for each athlete
- Encourage kids who show up to class tired, scared, overwhelmed and make DeVeau’s Dragons Elite a safe space for them.
- Plan and come prepared with a positive attitude
- Arrive 30 minutes before class start times
- Wear appropriate coaching uniform
