Camp FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What ages can attend camp?

Camp is for ages 3-12, and children should be potty trained.

What should my child wear?

Cotton t-shirts and shorts are appropriate. Girls may wear leotards if they have them; we also sell them if you would like to purchase one. The children will go barefoot when they are in the gym but will need shoes for any activities outside the gym.

Is lunch provided?

We do not provide lunch. You will need to bring a packed lunch as well as a water bottle. No microwave or refrigerator is available for campers.

How many children are in each group?

There are generally twelve to fifteen children in each group. We group them by age, according to the ages of the children we have attending camp that session.

Is before or after care available?

Yes! Stay with us for more fun before and after regular camp is done! Before camp starts at 8AM and after camp is from 3-6PM.

When do I need to drop off and pick up my child?

Camp sessions begin promptly at 9 a.m. If you need to come early or stay later, please sign up for the before & after kids camp club. The sessions are over at 3 p.m. We allow a five-minute grace period when picking up your child, and then there is a $15 late fee for every five minutes that you are late.

You may arrive any time during the camp day.

Only the individuals authorized through your completed registration can pick up your child.

Does my child need gymnastics experience to attend?

Camp is not the same as a gymnastics class. Gymnastics classes have a smaller student-teacher ratios, are a bit more structured, and we chart the children’s progress. In camp, the children are learning some gymnastics, but it is mostly for fun. The gymnastics skills are incorporated into the games the children play. So no worries if your student does not have any experience.
