What will my child do at POP?
Our goal is to wear them out for nap time! Children will burn energy, play on gymnastics equipment, build motor skills, take turns & practice life skills, and make new friends!

Do I need to register my child for POP in advance?
Yes, please register before coming to POP.

Do parents need to stay in the building?
No! Drop your preschooler off for POP and pick them up when class is over.

What should my child wear to POP?
Cotton t-shirts, shorts, pants, or leggings are appropriate. Girls may wear leotards if they have them; we also sell them if you would like to purchase one. The children will go barefoot in the gym.
