Job Description

Days/Hours Vary

Are you a high energy human being who loves kids and has watched every episode of American Ninja Warrior? Are you interested in hanging out in our Ninja facility while teaching kids sick moves and helping instill character values? If so, we’ve got the job for you! Don’t worry if you don’t have any experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know – just come prepared to have amazing interactions with every kid that walks through our front doors!

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Willingness to learn and follow the Ninja lesson plan
  2. Never ending high fives
  3. Kid jokes/witty banter
  4. Wrangling kids through the obstacle courses in our amazing Ninja facility
  5. Encourage kids who show up to class tired, scared, overwhelmed and make DeVeau’s a safe space for them.
  6. Arrive 30 minutes before class start times
  7. Wear appropriate coaching uniform

Job Requirements

  1. High school or equivalent (preferred)
  2. Experience teaching or participation in gymnastics, tumbling, dance, martial arts, parkour (preferred)
  3. Energy for days
  4. A love and care for kids and a desire to see them succeed
  5. Willingness for collaboration and teamwork with coworkers
  6. Clear and professional communication skills, while still having fun
