
Recreational Floor Clinic
Levels 1 & 2
Join us for a one-hour floor clinic designed to strengthen foundational skills and build confidence in tumbling and body control! Gymnasts will begin with a structured warm-up to prepare their muscles and joints for movement, followed by focused instruction aligned with the recreational curriculum.
Throughout the clinic, athletes will work on key floor skills and drills including (but not limited to): handstands, cartwheels, backbends, and bridge kickovers. Coaches will provide individualized feedback and skill progressions to help each gymnast improve form, flexibility, and strength.
This clinic is an excellent opportunity for Level 1 and 2 gymnasts to refine their floor techniques in a fun, supportive, and structured environment.
